Is my paint safe?

Yes — we use the two-bucket wash method and pH-balanced products to avoid scratching or stripping wax/sealant. Anything beyond a basic wash (polish, compound, coating) is tested on a small panel first if it's a paint type we haven't worked with.

How much water do you use?

We bring our own water in a tank — we don't tap into your household supply, and our pressure-fed system uses a fraction of what a hose-and-bucket wash does.

What if I'm not home?

Tell us when booking. If someone can give the crew access to the car (a driver, guard, or family member) and we can settle payment digitally-adjacent details in advance over WhatsApp, we can still do the job — cash on delivery still applies, collected from whoever's designated.

Do you work in winter fog or summer heat?

Yes, with adjustments. Foggy/humid days: we allow extra drying time before wax or coating steps. Peak summer heat: we schedule polish and coating jobs for morning or evening slots so the product doesn't flash-dry on hot paint.

What if I'm not satisfied?

We redo it, free. Tell us what's wrong within 24 hours of the job and we'll come back and fix it — no argument, no extra charge.

Do you take cash?

Yes — Cash on Delivery is currently the only way to pay. You pay the crew once the job is done and you've checked it. No deposit, no online payment.
