Chamak is a mobile car detailing service in Lahore. This page explains, plainly, what happens to your information.

What this website collects

Nothing you type. There is no account to create, no cart, no checkout and no payment on this site. There is no contact form and no newsletter sign-up. The price finder works entirely inside your own browser and sends nothing to us.

Like any website, our host (Shopify) records standard technical information such as your approximate location, browser and the pages you opened. We use that only to know whether the site is working.

What happens when you message us

Booking happens on WhatsApp. When you message us we can see your WhatsApp name, number and whatever you send us — usually your car, your area and a time. We keep that so we can turn up at the right address and recognise you next time. WhatsApp itself is run by Meta under their own privacy terms.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone. We do not take card or bank details anywhere — every job is paid in cash once it is finished. We do not post photos of your car or your home without asking you first, every time.

How long we keep it

Your WhatsApp messages stay in the chat until you or we delete them. Ask us to delete your details and we will, and we will confirm when it is done.

Asking us anything

Message us on WhatsApp, or email us, and a person will answer. There is no form here on purpose.
